After searching the web for some OCR help on a scanned document the other day I ran across this video today. Too bad I was in a pinch and ended up just re-typing everything out. Thought I’d save this little hack on my site in case anyone ever needs it, this is amazing!
I almost didn’t watch the video bc it’s awful but it gets the job done. Basically you just upload your image to google drive and right-click the image to open with ‘google docs’ and you have it made! Google does the OCR scan or you underneath your image. If only I had this 2 days ago!
Yes, there are other ways but this is, by far, the easiest way I’ve ever seen and for FREE. ENJOY!
